Business opportunities in Norway
Regional companies looking to do business in Norway are invited to register their details for free on a business portal.
Earlier this year the Naeringsparken website (
www.naeringsparken.com) was launched by the Norwegian Collaboration Centre to enable Norwegian businesses to find UK companies with which to do businesses. As the result of tradeyorkshire reporting on the launch, around 40 businesses registered on the website within days.
The Norwegian Collaboration Centre has now taken further steps forward, and has launched
www.norway2uk.com, a portal which includes links to several other sites aimed at developing business links between Norway and the UK.

- A free weekly newsletter with Norwegian market intelligence.
- A free quarterly magazine.
- Free communication with members through LinkedIn.
- Access to future networking events for your sector.
- Tailored assistance to access the Norwegian Market.
There are opportunities for companies in the following areas:

Norway2UK already has a major success story after a UK company signed an agreement with a Norwegian firm thanks to leads on the website. Wessington Cryogenics, based in Tyne & Wear has struck up a business deal with Sola/Stavanger-based company Fluid Control, which will market and sell the UK company’s products through its Norwegian and Danish channels.
The Norwegian Collaboration Centre has been working for over 10 years on developing trade and partnerships between Norway and the UK. You may register a profile for free on
